云模型在变电站作业风险感知中的应用
Application of Cloud Model in Risk Awareness of Substation Operation
摘要
Abstract
With the development of smart substations,various kinds of intelligent monitoring equipment and informa?tion technology are widely applied in the substation site. As a result,the online risk awareness of power operation gradu?ally replaces the traditional risk assessment and becomes one of the important auxiliary measures for power operation safety pre-control and decision-making. Since the awareness of substation operation risk is a complex multi-factor inte?grated process,in accordance with the principle of system engineering,a system of elements related to the substation operation risk awareness is established by combining three factors,i.e.,man-made,equipment,and environmental im?pact. In addition,the key elements are extracted,which are taken as input parameters to construct a substation operation risk cloud model. The digital characteristics of the cloud model such as expectation,entropy and hyper-entropy are ob?tained by triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Finally,the cloud model is used to sense the risk levels of substation site operation,providing guidance for the safety control and decision-making of substation operation projects.关键词
