摘要
Abstract
The DC fault handling capability of modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current(MMC-HVDC)is directly related to the application prospect in the overhead line field and high voltage and large capacity sce?nario. In this paper,a parallel modeling method based on FPGA is applied to the modular multilevel converter based on self-blocking sub-module(SBSM-MMC),which transforms three working states(i.e.,sub-module input,output,and blocking)into the universal equivalent circuit of sub-module;in addition,it can accurately simulate the charge and dis?charge processes of each sub-module’s capacitor voltage. An FPGA model of MMC is built on the RTLAB real-time sim?ulation platform,and it is compared with the device model built in the PSCAD/EMTDC electromagnetic transient simu?lation environment,which verifies the accuracy and real-time performance of the established model.关键词
