主被动训练仪结合康复训练对老年脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的影响∗
Effects of Thera-vital and Rehabilitation Training on Lower Extremity Function in Older Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Thera -vital and rehabilitation training on lower limb function in older stroke patients. Methods 80 patients with lower extremity dysfunction after stroke were collected between January 2017 and June 2018. The patients were randomly assigned to the control group (n=40) and the treatment group (n=40) according to admission sequence. The control group received the routine rehabilitation therapy. The treatment group received the routine rehabilitation therapy and thera-vital training. The lower limbs motor function, muscle strength improvement and therapeutic effects were compared before and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment between two groups. Results The lower limbs motor function and muscle strength im-provement in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, re-spectively (P<0.05 ). The overall response rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Thera-vital and rehabilitation training can significantly improve lower extremity function in older patients after stroke.关键词
