Abstract
In this paper,the practical experience in the identification and control of the Chang’e—4 probe has been discussed.In Chang’e—4 probe system there are some risks in organization man—agement such as the new development mode,multiple technical difficulties,multi—line parallel cross constraint,high difficulty in carrying safety control and launching site control.In the process of task implementation,the research team took comprehensive and practical control measures in planning organization system,establishing the multi—unit overall management mode and operation mechanism,coordinating management of the plan and resource in the "two probes& one satellite",collaborating development management of the multi—type and multi—objective load,and conducting dynamic control method of process,in order to guarantee smooth imple—mentation of the high—risk and complex task.关键词
