Practice of Full—level Supplier Management for Chang’e—4 Probe

Abstract
According to the characteristics of strong innovation in tasks,multiple product states, brand new development models,and the actual progress of the development work,Chang’e—4 probe conducts full—level suppliers management on the basis of the original management mode,by managing all suppliers at all task—related levels effectively.The proj ect team organize comprehen—sive and detailes statistical analysis and confirmation,meanwhile,take targeted measures accord—ing to the task characteristics.The proj ect team focus on the control of key links,carry out the a—nalysis and evaluation of long—term storage products,and implement powerful management on key single machines and special products to ensure that the product and service of all suppliers meet the task requirements.In this paper, we discuss the practical experience of full—level supplier management for Chang’e—4 probe,hoping to provide some references for other spacecraft development in the future.关键词
