Design and Verification of Optimum Configuration for Chang’e—4 Lander
摘要
Abstract
The multi—obj ective constrained ergodic optimization method is used to optimize the joint iteration layout of equipment and structure,aiming at the requirements of antenna view and pointing,and the interface requirements of load such as mechanical,electrical,thermal and opti—cal as constraints.It is necessary to optimize the cable network path to save weight,which effec—tively improves the utilization efficiency of system resources.The cable mass is reduced by 1 1.4kg,i.e.the reduction ratio is 16.9%.By optimizing and adjusting the symmetrical layout, the centroid accuracy is improved to 0.1 mm,and the balance weight ratio is reduced to 0.1%, which is a higher level in China.After configuration optimization design,the requirement of con—figuration for mission target is satisfied.The correctness of configuration optimization design is also verified by ground test and flight process.关键词
