摘要

Abstract

According to the synchronization coordination and accuracy of the dual motor drive control of the pitching device, based on the PID control theory,the three-motor control method of the main mode,the master-slave mode and the cross-coupling mode of the pitching device are established. Based on the virtual prototyping technology,the digital virtual prototype of the pitching device is established. The kinematics simulation of the pitching mechanism is carried out to verify the motion characteristics of the pitching mechanism. Three control models of the pitching device are established by Matlab/Simulink. The digital virtual prototype and control model of the joint pitching device are used to simulate the three control strategies. The results show that the cross-cou?pling mode is optimal. The physical prototype test shows that both the master-slave mode and the cross-coupling mode can meet the functional requirements of the device.
