202例儿童白内障病因和发病特点分析
Analysis of the causes and characteristics of 202 cases of children's cataract

Abstract
Objective To investigate the etiology and characteristics of cataract in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 202 children, who underwent detailed eye examination, including cataract morphology, systemic diseases and syndrome examination. Results In 202 cases (321 eyes), the age ranged from 1 months to 128 months, with a median of 11 months, including 111 males and 91 females. The most common is idiopathic cataract, accounting for 69. 31％. Among 42 children with cataracts and other ocular abnormalities, 12 cases (28. 57％) of persistent primary vitreous hyperplasia were most common. In children with cataract, the cardiovascular system and nervous system accounted for 20. 30％ and 2. 97％ respectively. The proportion of total cataract was the highest in 321 eyes, accounting for 26.79％. Conclusion The etiology of pediatric cataract is complex, and it is easy to concomitant with systemic diseases and syndromes. The best time to visit is delayed.关键词
