Abstract
Objectives To compare the curative effects of conjoint fascial sheath (CFS) suspension and frontalis aponeurosis flap suspension in the treatment of severe congenital ptosis in children. Methods A total of 83 patients (98 eyes) with severe congenital ptosis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups. Forty-two patients in the study group underwent joint fascia-sheath suspension. In the control group, 41 patients received frontalis aponeurosis flap suspension, and postoperative corrective effects were recorded at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation, eyelid insufficiency and complications, and statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference between the two methods in the treatment of children with severe ptosis (P＞0. 05). Patients undergoing combined fascia-suspension surgery had a lower level of postoperative upper limbal hysterectomy and eyelid insufficiency compared with those of the neostriatal suspensions. The postoperative recovery was faster and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Conjoint fascial sheath suspension surgery patients with postoperative exposure keratitis and other complications was low. Conclusion The conjoint fascial sheath suspension and frontalis aponeurosis flap suspensio have a good effect of correction, but the conjoint fascial sheath suspension surgery patients with upper limbal hysterectomy and eyelid insufficiency than the amount of tendon suspension in patients with mild, rapid recovery after surgery, fewer complications, better patient satisfaction can be obtained.关键词
