个旧市学龄前儿童屈光状态筛查分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the development of refractive state of preschool children and provide reference for children's eye caare. Methods The dioptric state was checked by a zonal photodetector, and the optometric examination was carried out by Suresight handheld automatic refractometer. Results A total of 100155 preschool children were screened,510 were refractive, and the abnormal rate was 5. 1％. The urban refractive unomaly rate was 7.2％,which was significantly higher than that in the countryside (P＜0. 01).The abnormal rate of refractive index decreased with age, and there was significant difference among all age groups (P＜0. 01) . There was no significant difference in refractive index between the sexes (P ＞0. 05) . The clinical types of refractive heterogeneity were dominated by hyperopia plus astigmatism (3. 6％) and mixed astigmatism (1. 1％) . The refractive anomaly category was mainly astigmatism (4. 7％) and hyperopia (3. 9％) . Conclusion Monitoring children refractive system development is the important content of children's eye Care,should carry out regular screening for children as soon as possible,and to protect the normal development of children's eyesight.关键词
