Research progression of primary open angle glaucoma associated gene single nucleotide polymorphisms
摘要
Abstract
Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) is an important type of glaucoma. Race, age, high myopia, diabetes, hypertension and smoking history are the risk factors of POAG. Recent studies have shown that gene single nucleotide polymorphisms is closely related to the incidence of POAG. At present, more and more scholars pay attention to the genetic polymorphism of POAG, some polymorphism loci are expected to be new biomarkers in POAG prevention. This review will summarize the single nucleotide polymorphisms of related genes on POAG.关键词
