Historical Logic, Practical Significance and Path Exploration of the Integration and Development of Manufacturing Industry and Service Industry

Abstract
The integration of manufacturing and service industry is a general law in the later stage of industrialization, and an important direction for the transformation and development of manufacturing and service industries under the background of the new industrial revolution. For China, promoting the deep integration of manufacturing and services is not only an objective requirement of the changing development environment, but also an active innovation towards high-quality development of the industry. This is of significant importance to break the current development contradictions of the manufacturing industry and promote the transformation and development of the service industry, and to upgrade China＇s international position in terms of labor division of the manufacturing and service industries. Drawing on the experience of developed countries, the deep integration of China＇s manufacturing industry and service industry in the new era should explore the realization path in accordance with four important goals: factor structure upgrading, user value advancement, manufacturing efficiency improvement and service promotion expansion. Therefore, the policy priorities for promoting the deep integration of China＇s manufacturing and service industries include: ( 1 ) increasing attention and eliminating institutional barriers; ( 2 ) making advanced manufacturing and modern service industries as important carriers for the integration;(3) giving full play to the role of technology, and encouraging business innovation of manufacturing; (4) promoting new models and new business of integration in new district; (5) upgrading and developing service outsourcing and participating in the international production service industry division.关键词
