摘要
Abstract
The thermal deformation of satellite honeycomb sandwich plate in plane temperature field is analyzed in this paper,the control equation and series solution in consideration of honey﹣comb core’s transversal deformation is also given.The thermal deformation test was designed;the change of optical axis pointing was adopted by digital close﹣up photogrammetry.The theoreti﹣cal results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which indicates that the theoreti﹣cal model can be used to prefabricate the thermal deformation.Under typical high and low tem﹣perature working conditions,the optical axis pointing error caused by symmetrical thermal de﹣formation of aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate is about 20″.The relatively sparse and short honeycomb core can reduce the influence of thermal deformation.关键词
