脑深部电刺激苍白球内侧部和丘脑底核对帕金森病震颤改善的对比性研究
STN vs.GPi deep brain stimulation for tremor suppression in Parkinson disease

Abstract
Objective To compare subthalamic nucleus (STN) deep brain stimulation ( DBS) with globus pallidus interna ( GPi ) DBS for tremor suppression in Parkinson’s disease ( PD ). Methods Between January 2016 and December 2017, 56 PD patients received bilateral DBS in Xuanwu Hospital.Participants were divided into two groups based on different targets.STN group included 20 male and 10 female, mean age was(59.3 ±10.7) years old.GPi group included 19 male and 7 female, mean age was (61.3 ±7.2) years old.Patients were assessed before operation and in the following up three months using the Unified PD Rating Scale.Results DBS ON versus OFF were compared at med on and med off state and were found a significant difference before and after operation except GPi group med on state.However,the difference between the STN and GPi was not significant.Conclusions DBS is effective in reducing tremor in PD patients regardless of stimulation target.However, the degree of tremor suppression in STN DBS versus GPi DBS is equivalent.关键词
