完全血栓化的大脑中动脉动脉瘤2例报告并文献复习
Completely thrombosed middle cerebral artery aneurysms ( report of two cases and review of literature)

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment strategy for completely thrombosed middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of two patients with completely thrombosed MCA aneurysms were analyzed retrospectively.Results After careful studies, the two lesions were diagnosed as completely thrombosed MCA aneurysms.As the literature review demonstrated , thrombosed aneurysms mostly affected women than men.These unruptured lesions were easily misdiagnosed as a brain tumor.Trapping with or without bypass were mostly used.Conclusions The completely thrombosed aneurysm can be confused with intracranial tumors or cavernous malformations.When the lesion is lying on the course of major or distal cerebral arteries , it is important to have thrombosed aneurysm in mind as one of the differential diagnosis .If there is no mass effect, conservative follow-up is recommended for these unruptured lesions.关键词
