Abstract

To solve the surrounding rock support problem of -980 m deep roadway in Xingdong Mine, the surrounding rock structure, displacement of roof and floor and two sides are observed by means of borehole peep meter and surface displacement observation method. It can be seen that the roadway surrounding rock is broken, the surface deformation is large, and the floor deformation is particularly serious. Results show that the high stress roadway surrounding rock and supporting structure are not reasonable to cause destruction of roadway surrounding rock deformation; through mechanical calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the ring support has a strong bearing capacity; the supporting technology of integral support with ring support and grouting of anchor cable with bottom plate is proposed, and the combined supporting technology of bolt and shotcrete is combined to form the composite supporting technology. The results of industrial test show that it can effectively control the continuous deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
