Abstract
Safety training for coal mine enterprises is an important means to reduce unsafe behavior of employees and reduce the incidence of accidents. In order to solve the problems of lack of training demand survey in safety training, weak pertinence of course design, too theoretical and impractical training content, low enthusiasm of employees and poor training effect of coal mine enterprises in China, this paper proposes the countermeasures to realize the efficient safety training in coal mine enterprises from the importance of coal mine safety training, objectives and principles, training methods, training needs analysis, curriculum design, effect evaluation and other aspects, which provides the basis for further strengthening safety training and improving the effect of safety training.关键词
