摘要
Abstract
To give full play to the role of dispatching management in the production and operation of coal enterprises, this paper analyzes the role of dispatching management, proposes "five-precision"dispatching management method combining with work practice, elaborates its specific connotation, namely, fine safety control, accurate plan control, refined production organization, lean operation management, precise statistical analysis. The paper analyzes the results achieved in the specific production and operation process, further strengthens the function of dispatching management, which effectively promotes continuous improvement of dispatching management level and production operation quality.关键词
