Abstract
To strengthen the control of unsafe behavior of personnel, reduce coal mine accidents, based on the principle of safety science and relied on a coal mine in China, this paper uses HAZOP analysis method to identify the unsafe behavior of coal mine operators systematically. Based on the identification results, the inspection standard for hidden danger of unsafe behavior of personnel, risk control training courseware and examination question bank, the revision of safety operation procedure are proposed. The four targeted control measures enrich and improve the original management and control status of enterprises.关键词
