摘要
Abstract
The effectiveness of investigating organized crime depends on the quantity and quality of information possessed by public security and judicial organs. It is an important to study the theory of organized crime intelligence and improve the suˉpervision mechanism of organized crime intelligence. [ Method/Process] We can analyze the characteristics, blind areas and operational mechanism of organized crime intelligence supervision in the era of big data by analyzing the direct responsibility, internal supervision and external supervision of organized crime intelligence supervision. [ Result/Conclusion] While combating organized crime, we must also take into account the protection of personal privacy by improving the qualification examination mechanism, the safety supervision mechaˉnism of facilities, the intelligence collection supervision mechanism and the intelligence analysis supervision mechanism for investigating organized crime.关键词
