Abstract
China's service market of internet information states has become an extremely important special marˉket, and its internal operation law is worth studying. This paper examines the development history, market size and operational status of this industry from a new perspective, and proposes some reflection opinions. [Method/Process]We use data analysis to study the public procurement services of the social management departments and organizations at all levels on internet information states. [Result/Concluˉsion]The study found that the history of service industry of internet information states industry in China is not very long, it has developed very rapidly and its market scale was considerable and can be expected. Party and government organs and institutions were the most imporˉtant purchasing units in the market, and corporate sentiment maybe will become a new growth point for industry development. Software and information service companies were an absolutely dominant position,and the industry shows a trend of concentrated development to large industrial enterprises. In the service content, early emphasized public opinion monitoring and report analysis, recent pay attention to public opinion guidance. System development, service outsourcing, and account leasing were the main implementation ways. However, the entire industry is not mature enough, some problems still hinder the development of the industry, such as single user group, insufficient capability of procurement, lacking professional companies.关键词
