放疗联合免疫检查点抑制剂在晚期非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展
Progress of Radiotherapy Combined with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) accounts for about 85% of the total number of lung cancers, and most of the cases have developed or metastasized by the time of di-agnosis. Radiation therapy is one of the main treatments. And the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in treatment is the most common type of immunotherapy, and has gradually become an important part of the comprehensive treatment for advanced NSCLC. In recent years, studies have found that ra-diotherapy plays an important role in anti-tumor immunomodulation, which can improve the efficacy and sensitivity of immu-notherapy. Immunotherapy can enhance the immune effect of radiotherapy, thus enhance the anti-tumor effect ( that is, the synergistic effect of radiotherapy and immunotherapy), which opens up a new era of tumor: immuno-therapy. However, the efficacy and safety of radiotherapy and ICIs are still inconclusive in advanced NSCLC. The dose of radiotherapy, the mode of radiotherapy segmentation, the timing of combined therapy and the predictor of therapeutic effect are still controversial. Therefore, in order to provide reference for the best treatment strategy for advanced NSCLC, in this paper, we reviewed the classification, hot issues and clinical application of the combination therapy.关键词
