摘要

Abstract

Objective: Circular RNA (circRNA) is a special type of endogenous non-coding RNA (ncRNA) with a con-servative structure and conserved sequences. It plays a crucial role in malignancies by affecting the proliferation, apoptosis and invasive capacity of tumor cells. Therefore, circRNA is expected to become a novel biomarker for individualized clinical therapies for tumors. This article reviews the latest study progress of circRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), aiming to provide new ideas of the pathogenesis and diagnosis of HCC for clinicians.
