Abstract
To investigates the exPression and Prognostic va1ue of Pro1y1 hydroxy1ase 3 ( PHD3) in non-sma11 ce11 1ung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: Oncomine and Gene ExPression Omnibus (GEO) databases were used to determine the exPression 1eve1 of PHD3 mRNA in NSCLC. The exPression 1eve1 and Prognostic va1ue of PHD3 mRNA was determined by KaP1an-Meier P1otter and SurvExPress database. ResuIts: The exPression 1eve1s of PHD3 mRNA were significant1y uP-regu1ated in NSCLC comPared with norma1 tissue (P=0. 028). High exPression 1eve1 of PHD3 was associated with 1ung squamous ce11 carcinoma (LUSC), advanced stages and ma1e Patients (P<0. 001,P=0. 001;resPective1y). The resu1ts of KaP1an-Meier P1otter revea1ed that the high PHD3 exPression grouP exhibited Poorer surviva1 in 1ung adenocarcinoma ( LUAD) Patients( P =0. 003). The SurvExPress ana1ysis a1so showed that PHD3 main1y affected the Prognosis of LUAD Patients ( P=0. 013), and that PHD3 exPression was significant1y e1evated in the high-risk grouP (P<0. 001). KaP1an-Meier P1otter and SurvExPress ana1yses suggested that PHD3 mRNA exPression was not associated with sur-viva1 in LUSC Patients. ConcIusion: PHD3 might serve as a Potentia1 biomarker to Predict surviva1 of NSCLC, main1y of LUAD.关键词
