摘要

Abstract

Se1enium-binding Protein 1 (SBP1) is one of the fami1y members of se1enoProteins. It invo1ves in the transPort of se1eni-um in a variety of ce11s, and P1ays a certain ro1e in the occurrence and deve1oPment of ma1ignant tumors. The exPression of SBP1 is in a 1ow 1eve1 in a variety of ma1ignant tumors. Recent studies have found that SBP1 may be a Prognostic factor in some cancers, so it is exPected to become a new target for cancer contro1 and screening. This artic1e aimed to exP1ore the re1ationshiP between SBP1 and oc-currence, deve1oPment and Prognosis of tumor, exP1ain Possib1e anti-tumor mechanisms, and Provide ideas for further study.
