不同砧木嫁接对番茄产量、伤流液及矿质元素含量的影响
Effects of different rootstocks on the yield ,the contents of xylem exudation and minerals of tomato

Abstract
[Objective]T he purposes of present study were to investigate the effects of grafting different rootstocks on the survival rates ,yield ,and the contents of nine minerals in tomato leaves during the entire grow th period .[M ethods] Tangfen108(T ) tomato seedlings were selected as the scion ,and Momotaro (M ) ,Achilles-M (A ) ,and Helper-M (H ) were used as the understock .T he survival rate of grafted plants ,yield ,the content of xylem sap ,and the contents of nine mineral elements including N ,P ,K ,M g ,Ca ,Cu ,Zn ,M n ,and Fe were determined in different grafting treatments during the w hole grow th season .[Results] T he results showed that the survival rate and the yield of graftedH-T were significantly higher than those of M-T and A-T (P<0 .05) ,T he highest survival rate of grafted plants at 91 .8% was detected with H treatment .T he yield of tomatofruits was increased in all three different rootstock treatments with the extremely significant enhancement in H treatment .T he contents of N ,P ,M g ,Ca ,M n and Fe in the leaves of grafted tomato were increased at reproductive stage in all treatments with the highest found in H-T treatment ,w hile amount of K in both M-T and A-T treatments were significantly decreased .Grafting technique significantly increased the con-tent of minerals in the leaves ,and ensured the higher yield of tomato fruits .[Conclusion] T he content of xylem sap in-duced by grafting was increased which promoted root activity .T he significantly higher yield of H-T treatment was pro-duced by the remarkably enhanced nutrient element contents .关键词
