不同营养液配方对椰糠种植草莓品质的影响
Effects of different nutrient solutions on strawberry quality in coconut coir cultivation
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to obtain suitable nutrient solution for strawberry coconut coir cultivation .[M ethods]In this experiment ,four treatments including distilled water ,Japan Yamasaki straw berry nutrient solution ,Japan Garden general nutrient solution and South China Agricultural University leaf vegetable nutrient solution were carried out to in-vestigate their effects on plant grow th ,leaf photosynthesis and fruit quality in strawberry coconut coir cultivation .[Re-sults]T hree nutrient solutions significantly increased plant grow th ,chlorophyll content ,fruit length and soluble sugar content in straw berry .Japan Yamasaki strawberry nutrient solution benefited plant grow th ,photosynthesis and fruit quality ,it significantly increased vitamin C ,sugar/acid ratio and fruit weight by 22.92%、94.60% and 25.82%,re-spectively .M oreover ,leaf nutrient showed significantly positive correlation to plant grow th and leaf photosynthetic characteristics ,fruit sugar-acid ratio showed highly significant negative correlation to malic acid ,citric acid and tartaric acid (P<0.01).[Conclusion]Japan Yamasaki strawberry nutrient solution benefited plant grow th ,enhanced leaf pho-tosynthesis and fruit quality ,it was suitable for strawberry coconut coir cultivation .关键词
