添加不同水平复合中草药对蛋鸡生产性能和免疫指标的影响
Effects of Chinese herbal medicines on the production performance and immune index of laying hens
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] T he objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different Chinese herbal medi-cines on the production performance ,egg quality ,and blood of laying hens .[M ethods] A total of 300 healthy Hailan brown hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups ,with six replicates in each group and ten hens in each replicate .T he control group was fed with basal diet ,and the experimental group was fed with basal diet plus Chinese herbal medicines at 0.4%,0.3%,0.2%,and 0.1%,and the experiment was last for 40 days .[Results] T he results showed that the average egg weight and egg production rate of hens in all herb incorporation treatments were significantly increased (P＜0.05).However ,feeding on herb diet couldn＇t significantly affect the feed／meat ratio and feed intake of hens .No significant effects were detected in all treatments on the content of serum IgA ,IgM ,IgG , C3 ,and C4 (P＞0.05) ,while the content of serum NOS was reduced by 17.8%,18.3%,13.4%,and 18.3% for herb incorporating rate at 0.4%,0.3%,0.2%,and 0.1%,respectively (P＜0.05).T he content of serum NO was reduced 27.3% and 32.2% by adding herbs at 4% and 3%,respectively ( P＜0.05 ).Routine blood analysis demon-strated that the absolute value and percentage of blood neutrophils and the number of white blood cells were enhanced by herbs (P＜0.05) ,and the absolute value of lymphocytes was decrease (P＜0.05).[Conclusion] Incorporating Chi-nese herbal medicines into basal diet for laying hens can improve the production performance and the activity of immune system of laying hens .Within tested concentrations of herbs ,4% incorporation rate produced better effects .关键词
