摘要

Abstract

[Objectives ] T his study was aimed to improve the stability and reliability of 1LF-335 hydraulic plough hanger ,and to provide a theoretical basis for studying the structural strength ,stress ,and strain of the suspension un-der different working conditions .[M ethods] CREO 4.0 was used to build the model of the hydraulic turning plough hanger and introduced it into the ANSYS Workbench for static analysis .[Results] T he stress analysis showed that ,the stress on the suspension frame was less than 120 M Pa under normal working conditions .T he highest stress was ob-served at the intersection of the bolt and the flange on the U-shaped plate of the beam ,which was reached up to 116.27 M Pa and was lower than the allowable stress value of the material and met the strength requirement .T he suspension was less stressed compared to traction beam .Under the condition of hydraulic overturning ,the stress was concentrated at the intersection of the flange and the bolt of the steel frame in the vertical condition ,w hich was 70.06 M Pa.When the overturning was completed ,the greatest stress was also concentrated at the intersection of the flange and the bolt of the steel frame at 97.86 M Pa.Both stresses under different conditions did not reach the allowable stress value of the material ,and met the strength requirements .T he displacement analysis showed that ,the largest deformation displace-ment of the suspension was detected at the end of the traction beam under normal working conditions ,and the shape variation of the suspension was much smaller than that of the plough during the working process .In the hydraulic over-turning condition ,the suspension was right in the vertical case ,and the shape of the bottom edge of the side pull-dow n plate was the largest at 0.25 mm .When the rollover was completed ,it reached 0.23 mm ,and the altered shape of the pull-up plate is less than 0.1 mm .[Conclusion] In the actual processing ,the welding precision and strength should be improved ,and the bolts with larger diameter should be selected to strengthen the structural strength .T he reliability and stability of the suspension frame can be further improved .
