结直肠癌与炎症性肠病、正常人肠道菌群的差异

Abstract
Objective To detect differences of intestinal flora among patients with colorectal cancer,inflammato—ry bowel disease and normal people in order to explore new methods on the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods 30 patients with colorectal cancer,30 patients with inflammatory bowel disease and 30 normal peo—ple were chosen. The first defecation tail stool specimens of the three groups were collected for bacterial culture and strain counting. Statistical analysis was performed. Results E. coli and enterococcus faecalis counts were more in colorectal cancer group than those in inflammatory bowel disease group and normal people group(P〈0. 05). Lactoba—cillus and bifidobacterium counts were less in colorectal cancer group than those in inflammatory bowel disease group and normal group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The changes of intestinal flora are related to colorectal cancer.关键词
