Abstract
Objective To explore complications on colon cancer surgery at different parts of colon surgery and to provide advice on the prevention and treatment of complications. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to select data of 104 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent colon surgery. Patients were divided into left hemicolectomy ( LC)group and right hemicolectomy(RC)group,including 50 patients in LC group and 54 patients in RC group. In—cidences of complications,number and proportion of patients with different grades of complications were compared be—tween the two groups. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in LC group(24. 0%)was lower than that in RC group(33. 3%)(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference on incidence of complications between the two groups(P〉0. 05). Operation time and hospital stay in LC group were shorter than those in RC group(P〈0. 05). There was no sig—nificant difference on bleeding loss between the two groups(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The incidence of complications in colorectal cancer patients with right colon resection is higher,the operation time and length of hospital stay are lon—ger.关键词
