终末期肝病与侵袭性真菌感染的相关性
Relationship between End-stage Liver Disease and Invasive Fungal Infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between end-stage liver disease and invasive fungal in—fection. Methods Eighty patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital were divided into end-stage liver disease grade(MELD score and Child-Pugh grade)and invasive fungal infection grade. Logistic regression method was used to analyze the correlation between severity of end-stage liver disease and invasive fungal infection as well as prognos—tic factors. Results The severity of end-stage liver disease was positively correlated with invasive fungal infection. The grade of end-stage liver disease and invasive fungal infection was the main index to evaluate the quality of life. Conclusion In order to improve survival rate of patients,we need to strengthen the treatment of invasive fungal in—fection and reduce the grade of end-stage liver disease.关键词
