麒麟丸联用枸橼酸他莫昔芬治疗少弱精子症的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of Qilin pill combined with tamoxifen citrate in the treatment of oli—goasthenospermia. Methods 106 patients with oligoasthenospermia were selected. Patients were treated with Qilin pills combined with tamoxifen citrate for 12 weeks. The amount of semen,the total number of sperm,the ratio of a-sperm,the ratio of(a+b)sperm and the percentage of normal sperm were compared between 66 patients with primary sterility and 28 patients with secondary sterility. Results The total number of sperm after treatment,the ratio of a-sperm and(a+b)-sperm were significantly higher in 94 patients with oligoasthenospermia and 66 patients with pri—mary sterility after treatment than those before treatment( P 〈0. 01). However,only ratio of( a +b)-sperm in—creased significantly after treatment in 28 patients with secondary infertility(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Qilin pill com—bined with tamoxifen citrate can obviously improve semen quality and enhance sperm vitality in patients with oligoas—thenospermia.关键词
