运用磁共振动脉自旋标记技术鉴别轻度认知功能障碍和血管性轻度认知功能障碍
Identification of mild cognitive impairment and vascular mild cognitive impairment with magnetic resonance arte-rial spin labeling technique

Abstract
Objective The characteristics of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in each cognitive function cerebral region of patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and vascular mild cognitive impairment (VaMCI) was studied to provide sci-entific basis for their early diagnosis. Methods The 24 MCI patients (MCI group) and 24 VaMCI patients (VaMCI group) confirmed in outpatient unit and inpatient unit of the Neurology Department of Kunming Yan’an Hospital between January 2016 and January 2018 as well as the 24 healthy elderly volunteers (normal control group) were selected as the research ob-jects,and the arterial spin labeling (ASL) technology was applied to collect the CBF data in the cognitive function cerebral region of the three groups of subjects. Results Compared with the normal control group,the cerebral blood perfusion in bilat-eral frontal lobe and bilateral hippocampus in MCI group was increased,while the cerebral blood perfusion in bilateral tempo-ral lobe and precuneus was decreased (P< 0. 05). Moreover,compared with the normal control group,the cerebral blood per-fusion in bilateral frontal lobe and bilateral hippocampus in VaMCI group was increased,while the cerebral blood perfusion in bilateral precuneus and angular gyrus was decreased (P<0. 05). In addition,compared with MCI group,the cerebral blood perfusion in left temporal lobe,bilateral cingulate gyrus and left amygdala in VaMCI group was increased,while the cerebral blood perfusion in right temporal lobe and right cingulate gyrus was decreased (P<0. 05). Conclusion The characteristics of cerebral blood flow perfusion in cognitive function cerebral region between MCI patients and VaMCI patients were different, therefore,the magnetic resonance ASL technology could provide imaging assistance for the identification of them.关键词
