Abstract
Peri-operative neurological complications are the major cause of poor prognosis and death in patients, and the occurrence risk of complications is closely related with the increasing age. With the population aging, the proportion of elderly patients with surgery increased, perioperative neurological complications in the aged gradually aroused more attention. This article summarized the mechanism and risk factors of perioperative stroke and postoperative cognitive function impairment, and the prevention of brain injury and cerebral protection strategies, to provide a reference for clinical practice.关键词
