脑梗死与脑出血早期鉴别的血清标志物概述
Advance in Serum Biomarkers for Early Identification of Cerebral Infarction and Intracerebral Hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Cerebral infarction is caused by cerebrovascular stenosis or occlusion, while intracerebral hemorrhage is caused by cerebrovascular rupture. Although the two kinds of stroke present similar symptoms, their pathogenesis are different, which could lead to different expressions of some proteins and genes at the acute phase of stroke. Recently, some literature reported several serum biomarkers which could differentiate cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage and the early diagnostic value of these biomarkers. This article reviewed the progress of serum biomarkers which could differentiate cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage at the early stage, to provide a reference for early differential diagnosis of stroke.关键词
