Abstract
Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is one of the most frequent gynecologic malignancies. The obscure early symptom and early metastasis partly account for the high mortality of this disease. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is one of the basic processes during embryonic development, and plays important roles in invasion and migration of cancer cells. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) aberrant ex-pression is involved in EMT regulation during the development and progression of cancers. In this paper, we herein review the advances of lncRNA in the process of EMT of ovarian cancer.关键词
