苦参注射液联合吉西他滨+顺铂化疗方案治疗晚期膀胱癌的近期疗效及对生存时间的影响
Short-term Effects of Matrine Injection Combined with Gemcitabine + Cisplatin Chemotherapy on Advanced Bladder Cancer Patients and on the Survival Time★

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of matrine injection combined with gemcitabine + cisplatin chemotherapy for advanced bladder cancer patients and the effect on survival time. Methods The clinical data of eighty-one cases of advanced bladder cancer patients in our hospital between March 2014 and May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods, pa-tients were divided into control group (n=42, treated with gemcitabine + cisplatin chemotherapy) and observation group (n=39, treated with matrine injection combined with gemcitabine + cisplatin chemotherapy). All had treatment for six courses. The overall efficacy, immunocyte distribution and drug toxicity were compared between two groups after 6 courses of treatment. All were followed up for two years and the survival time was recorded. Results The respone rate (RR) and disease control rate (DCR) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood of the observation group was lower than that of control group, but the proportion of CTL and NK cells of the observation group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no significant differences in incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups (P>0.05). During follow-up period, the 1-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the progression-free survival time and total survival time of the observation group were also longer than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adjuvant therapy with matrine injection on the basis of gemcitabine + cisplatin can further improve the short-term efficacy and optimize immune function for pateints with advanced bladder cancer. It could also prolong survival time of pateints.关键词
