参苓抗癌饮联合化疗方案对结直肠癌术后早期恢复状况的影响
Effects of Shenling Kang'ai Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Postoperative Recovery of Rectal Cancer★

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shenling Kang'ai decoction combined with chemotherapy on nutritional status, immune function, inflammatory factors and quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer after operation. Methods The 74 cases of patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, respectively 37 cases. Pa-tients in the control group received XELOX combined with cetuximab after surgery. The patients in the observation group were added with the self-made Shenling Kang'ai decoction on the basis of treatment in control group. The Shenling Kang'ai decoction was oral administrated, repeated every 21 days for 4 cycles.Detect the changes of the nutritional indicators and immune function indicators at 1d and 7d after sur-gery, and the serum levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α, hs-CRP, IL-1β and MCP-1. Evaluate the patients' life quality using the core QLQ-C30 questionnaire for cancer patients, and record the toxic and side effects of the two groups of patients after surgery. Results There were no significant differences in nutrition index, immune function index, serum factor level and life quality between the two groups at 1 d after surgery (P>0.05). At 7 d after surgery, the levels of Alb, RBC, Hb, TRF, PA and other indicators in the observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of immune function indexes including CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, IgA, IgG and IgM of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the levels of CD8+ were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP, IL-1β and MCP-1 were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of emotional function, somatic function, cognitive function, role function and social function were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group (18.9%) was sig- nificantly lower than that of the control group (40.5%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenling Kang'ai decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve nutritional status and immunity, inhibit inflammatory reaction, and reduce toxic and side effects of chemotherapy after colorectal cancer surgery, so that it could improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
