长链非编码RNA调控肝癌上皮间质转化的研究进展
Research Progress of Long Non-coding RNAs during Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition of Liver Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Liver cancer is prone to invasion and metastasis. It often gets low diagnosis rate in early stage but extremely high mortality. Epi-thelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is a key factor in promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)partici-pates in the regulation of EMT in hepatocarcinoma cells through various pathways,thus affecting the occurrence and development of liver can-cer. This article focuses on lncRNAs that is related to EMT core transcription factors, and that promotes EMT of liver cancer such as lncRNA-ATB,LincRNA-ROR,lncRNA-ATB and lncTCF7,and that inhibits EMT of liver cancer such as lncRNA-CASC2 and lincRNA-p21.关键词
