Abstract
In recent years, CIN Ⅲ cervical conization has replaced traditional hysterectomy, reducing the adverse effects on the repro-ductive system of women of gestational age. However, due to the removal of part of the cervical tissue by conization, it may have a certain degree of influence on postoperative fertility and pregnancy outcomes. At present, the specific impact of cervical conization on fertility and pregnancy outcomes is still not clear. Some scholars believe that cervical conization will increase the risk of infertility and the possibility of assisted reproduction. However, there are also many clinical studies showed that cervical conization does not affect patient's fertility and pregnancy outcomes. In short, there is no conclusion on the effects of cervical conization on fertility and pregnancy outcome. We paid atten-tion to the research progress of cervical conization on fertility and pregnancy outcomes and presented it as a review.关键词
