Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of gemcitabine combined with adriamycin on the quality of life of liver cancer patients and its curative effects. Methods A total of 288 cases of liver cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy plus gemcitabine, and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy plus gemcitabine combined with adriamycin. The changes in the index of liver fibrosis, the efficiency of drug treatment, the changes of liver func-tion and the life quality scores were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no differences between the two groups in the results of liver fibrosis indexes and liver function indexes (P>0.05). But after treatment, the results of liver fibrosis indexes were significantly lower in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). The levels of liver function indexes of the observation group were also better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Besides, the quality of life scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with adriamycin had good curative effect on liver cancer patients. It could improve the life quality of the patients. So it is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.关键词
