Analysis on the Causes of Quality Issues of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS) Finished Infusions and on the Intervention Effects
目的 对我院静脉用药集中调配中心成品输液在病房出现的质量问题进行分析和干预,提高输液质量.方法 对我院静脉用药集中调配中心2016年-2017年的成品输液在病房出现的质量问题进行分类统计,并对2017年实施干预后的效果进行跟踪.结果 2016年成品输液在病房出现375例次质量问题,发生率为0.1356‰.主要表现为输液漏液、输液遗失、配置时间不当、配置不合理医嘱、配置错误、病人病情变化导致药品久置、出现絮状物或可见性微粒或变色以及护士操作不当等类…查看全部>>
Objective To analyze the ward-appeared quality issues of finished infusions of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS), in order to improve the quality of infusions. Methods The quality issues of finished infusions, which were found in the wards in 2016 and 2017, were classified, calculated and statistically analyzed. The effects of intervention were discussed.
