基于周期性负载的BLDCM模糊PI控制系统
BLDCM Fuzzy PI Control System Based on Periodic Load
摘要
Abstract
According to the characteristics of periodic fluctuation of beam pumping unit load,a parameter self-tuning PI controller based on fuzzy reasoning was proposed and introduced into the speed loops,so as to improved the defection of traditional PI control which was unable to follow the real-time defect load change parameters,thereby the speed with load fluctuation was suppressed. The position sensors of the brushless DC motor was replaced by the three harmonic method based on back EMF,and the volume of the control system was reduced. The simulation model of speed and current double closed loop system based on sensorless control and fuzzy PI control was established by means of the mechanical equation of brushless motor for beam pumping unit,the ability of the proposed method to suppress the fluctuation of the speed with the load was verified. Finally,the correctness of the simulation model is verified by experiments.关键词
