Abstract
Aiming at the problem of excessive fluctuation of DC-link voltage on output side of AFE rectifier unit caused by frequently load changes during ship crane operation,an improved load current feedforward control method was proposed. Based on the operating principles of ship crane,the model of the AFE rectifier unit for ship crane was set up. The function between the feed-forward decoupling reactive current and the converted DC-link voltage deviation was established,and the active current was compensated. By comparing the simulation of the proposed method with the conventional double closed-loop SVPWM control strategy and load current feedforward control method under different conditions of ship crane,results show that the new improved control method can not only effectively reduce the voltage overshoot caused by load sudden changes,but also shorten the adjustment time,and improve the dynamic response characteristics,which achieves the rapid suppression of the output disturbance.关键词
