Abstract
The combined air conditioner makes the outside air processed into clean and controllable temperature and humidity,and the treatment process is more complicated. It is a typical multivariable and strong coupled nonlinear system,and it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model. It is more troublesome to adjust the PID parameters in different air conditioning components and pipeline structures,which need take several adjustments to be determined. The working algorithms of the air conditioning control system in different season modes were designed,and the key points of PID control implemented in Siemens S7-1200 PLC programming were analyzed,and the touch screen configuration was performed using the air conditioning control system′s actual engineering project combined air conditioner as an example. The functional design of the interface ensures that the humidity of the pharmaceutical storage was prioritized during program design. The system was debugged and operated steadily with the touch screen controlled locally and the computer software remote controlled.A dynamic temperature and humidity error can be controlled in 0.4 % and 1 %,and the average error does not exceed 5 %,which proves that the design has high control accuracy and a certain practical value.关键词
