扶正通络方对原发性肝癌患者临床疗效及免疫功能的影响
Effect of Fuzheng Tongluo Recipe on clinical efficacy and immune function in patients with primary liver cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and immunological effects of Fuzheng Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods Sixty-six patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer in our hospital from May, 2016 to May, 2018 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to their medical records at admission , with 38 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, the control group was treated with Qier granules, and the treatment group with Fuzheng Tongluo Recipe, 28 days for 1 treatment course, and for 3 courses. The Karst (KPS) score, TCM syndrome score, TCM syndrome effect, and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+ , CD4+ , CD4+ /CD8+) in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups. Results The TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower and the KPS score was significantly higher after than before the treatment in the treatment group (P < 0.05), and were better in the treatment group than in the control group after the treatment. After the treatment, the improvement rates of the control group and the treatment group were 42.1% and 71.1%, respectively (P < 0.05). After the treatment, the CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ increased in both groups, and were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer can improve their clinical symptoms, quality of life, and immune function, so it is worth for clinical promotion and application.关键词
