灵芝多糖提取工艺及含量测定的价值研究
Extraction process and content determination of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (GLPS), and to optimize the extraction process of GLPS. Methods Orthogonal test design (QED) was used to optimize the extraction process of GLPS. The content of GLPS was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. Results The concentration of glucose reference substance was in the range of 0.0048 ～ 0.0276 mg/ml, and the regression equation was Y=41.6907X+0.1133 (r=0.9993). The average recovery rate of GLPS was 98.4105％, RSD=0.4538％; the best extraction process of GLPS was 12, 9, and 9 times water extraction three times, 40 min once. Conclusion The method for the determination of GLPS is simple and reliable. The optimal extraction process is at a low cost, and is reasonable and feasible, and provides a scientific basis for the quality control of ganoderma lucidum.关键词
