利用微信平台对出院早产儿延续性护理的效果研究
Continuous nursing by WeChat for discharged premature infants

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing by WeChat for discharged premature infants and their mothers. Methods 100 premature infants treated at our hospital and the cooperation hospitals from May to December, 2018 were selected as study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the discharge order, 50 cases for each group. The control group received the discharge guidance and regular phone follow up; in addition, the observation group received continuous nursing intervention by WeChat. The growth and development, attendance rate due to illness, readmission rate, and mothers' score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were compared these two groups. Results The weight, height and head circumference of the 2 months old were (5.03±0.33)kg, (55.78±1.46) cm, and (36.62±0.89) cm, and those of the 3 months old (5.78±0.36) kg, (59.11±1.26) cm, and (38.97±3.07) cm in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group [(4.51±0.36) kg, (54.78±2.26) cm, and (36.25±0.77)cm in the 2 months old; (5.58±0.49) kg, (58.20±2.05) cm, and (37.92±0.92) cm in the 3 months old], indicating that the conditions of growth and development in the observation group was more ideal, with statistical differences (P < 0.05). The attendance rate due to illness was 10％ in the observation group, and 36％ in the control group (P < 0.05). The mothers' score of SAS was (57.12±4.15) in the observation group, and (56.64±4.66) in the control group when they were discharged; after the nursing intervention, the score was (48.42±2.85) in the observation group, and (55.84±4.61) in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing by WeChat for discharged premature infants can promote their growth and development, reduce the visits due to illness, relieve the mothers' anxiety, and help the premature infants' transition from professional to family nursing after discharge.关键词
