摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the relationship between plasma Hcy, ET-1, NSE, platelet activation indicators and short-term prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 78 patients with cerebral infarction treated at our hospital from June, 2017 to July, 2018 were selected as an observation group, and 78 healthy persons of the same ages during the same period were selected as a control group. The plasma Hcy, ET-1, NSE, and platelet activation indicators of the two groups were detected and compared, and those of the patients with different NDS scores at third month in the observation group were compared too. The relationship between those indicators and short-term prognosis were analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results The plasma Hcy, ET-1, NSE, and platelet activation indicators (CD61, CD62p, and CD63) were (18.96±2.96) μmol/L, (80.55±6.73) pg/ml, (48.76±6.93) ng/ml, (49.75±5.69)%, (3.96±0.46)%, and (3.52±0.36)% in the observation group, and were (8.75±1.98) μmol/L, (40.36±3.87) pg/ml, (10.38±2.25) ng/ml, (35.53±4.28)%, (1.80±0.21)%, and (1.57±0.19)%in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05); there were statistical differences in the above indicators among the patients with different NDS scores at third month in the observation group (all P < 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed the plasma Hcy, ET-1, NSE, and platelet activation indicators were positively correlated with the short-term prognosis (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Plasma Hcy, ET-1, NSE, and platelet activation indicators of patients with cerebral infarction all show high expression state, and are closely related to the short-term prognosis.关键词
